Create a new diagram

To create a new diagram

Open the 'File' menu in the menu bar
Select the 'New' menu item
The default diagram will appear, ready to be edited

Note that you can change the default diagram to better suit your needs. Setting up an 'ideal' default diagram for your particular needs can save you time and effort each time you create a new diagram. You can change the default diagram in the 'Preferences' window.
